Ann Tracy

Ann Tracy is Chief Sustainability Officer for the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of Colgate’s global sustainability strategy. In addition she provides leadership to the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) team.

Previously, Ann led the Colgate, GABA and Hill's Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) organizations in Europe. Ann started her career at Colgate-Palmolive in 1991 and has worked across all four of Colgate's categories in manufacturing, quality and customer service & logistics roles with experience in each of the Colgate divisions.

Ann holds a BA degree in applied science, a BS degree in mechanical engineering, and a Master's of Engineering degree in manufacturing systems from Lehigh University, in the U.S. She also received a Certificate of Sustainability Management in Business in 2018 from the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, in the U.K.
